These Terms of Use explain the rules for visiting MamaPlayLearning, using our educational resources and purchasing or downloading available products.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using MamaPlayLearning.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or its resources.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and MamaPlayLearning regarding your access to and use of mamaplaylearning.com, including its pages, games, worksheets, printables, workbooks, storybooks, activities, articles, images, downloads and related services.
By visiting the website, downloading a resource, using a game or purchasing a product, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
2. Adult Users and Eligibility
Purchases, form submissions and other transactions must be completed by an adult who is legally able to enter into an agreement. Parents, guardians, caregivers, teachers and other responsible adults may select resources for children.
Children should not make purchases, submit contact forms or provide personal information without the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Educational and Informational Purpose
MamaPlayLearning provides supplemental educational and entertainment resources for young children and the adults who support them. Resources may include:
- Interactive learning games;
- Free individual worksheets;
- Printable flashcards, charts, coloring pages and activity packs;
- Paid workbooks and digital products;
- Original children’s storybooks;
- Crafts, sensory activities and movement ideas; and
- General information for parents, caregivers, homeschoolers and teachers.
MamaPlayLearning is not a school, licensed tutoring program, childcare provider, medical provider, therapist or diagnostic service.
4. Children, Privacy and Adult Supervision
The website contains material created for young learners, but it is intended to be accessed, managed and supervised by parents, guardians, caregivers, educators or other responsible adults.
- Adults should supervise children while they use games or browse the website.
- Children should not submit names, email addresses, messages or other personal information.
- Adults are responsible for evaluating whether a resource is appropriate for a particular child.
- Adults must supervise activities involving scissors, glue, paint, water, small pieces or outdoor play.
- Age ranges are general guidance and are not safety guarantees.

MamaPlayLearning does not currently require a general membership to browse the website. If accounts, subscriptions, child profiles, community features or memberships are introduced later, additional rules may apply.

6. Limited License for Personal and Educational Use
Unless a product page or separate license states otherwise, MamaPlayLearning grants the original downloader or purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the resource for:
- Personal household use;
- Homeschool use within one household;
- Use by one teacher with that teacher’s own classroom or small group; or
- Private tutoring or caregiving use with the adult’s own students or children.
This permission allows use of the resource. It does not transfer ownership or copyright. Any product-specific license controls if it differs from this general section.
7. Classroom, Homeschool and Professional Use
A single-user or single-classroom resource may not be copied for an entire school, district, business, daycare network, therapy practice or organization unless a broader license is purchased or written permission is provided.
Teachers may direct families and coworkers to the relevant MamaPlayLearning webpage. They may not publicly post the actual file or provide unrestricted access to it.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not, without prior written permission:
- Sell, sublicense, rent or commercially redistribute any resource;
- Upload files to another website, shared drive, marketplace, social-media group or public file library;
- Share a purchased file with other households, teachers, schools or organizations;
- Remove or obscure the MamaPlayLearning name, logo, copyright notice or branding;
- Claim MamaPlayLearning materials as your own work;
- Convert resources into templates, apps, courses, books or competing products for resale;
- Use website images or characters as business logos, merchandise or advertising assets;
- Scrape, copy or systematically download website content;
- Attempt to bypass download protections, payment systems or security features;
- Introduce malware, harmful code or automated traffic; or
- Use the website or its materials for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or harmful purposes.
You may share a normal link to a public MamaPlayLearning webpage so others can visit, download or purchase the resource themselves.
9. Products, Prices and Purchases
Available products may be sold through MamaPlayLearning, Amazon or another third-party seller. Product descriptions, formats, prices and availability may change without notice.
Before purchasing, review whether the item is:
- A physical printed product;
- A digital PDF or other electronic file;
- A free download;
- An Amazon product; or
- Marked Coming Soon and therefore not yet available.
You are responsible for providing accurate checkout and contact information.
10. Digital Downloads
Digital products are delivered electronically. You are responsible for using a compatible device, software, printer and internet connection.
After downloading a purchased file, keep a personal backup. Download access may be limited by the checkout provider or product settings.
Purchasing a digital product gives you permission to use the product under its license. It does not give you permission to redistribute the file.
11. Refunds
Because digital files are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where MamaPlayLearning determines that a file is defective or was not delivered properly.
Physical products purchased through Amazon or another third-party retailer are subject to that retailer’s return and refund rules.

12. Third-Party Websites and Services
MamaPlayLearning may link to Amazon, payment processors, email services, social-media platforms, hosting services or other third-party websites.
Third parties operate under their own terms, privacy policies, prices, delivery practices and customer-service rules. MamaPlayLearning does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, availability or practices of third-party services.
A link does not necessarily mean MamaPlayLearning endorses every product, statement or service found on the linked website.
13. Messages, Feedback and Suggestions
When you use the Contact form, you agree to provide accurate information and not submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, infringing, deceptive or harmful content.
You may send feedback or resource suggestions. However, submitting an idea does not create a confidential relationship, payment obligation, partnership or guarantee that the idea will be used.
Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical or payment-card information through the Contact form.
14. Intellectual Property Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content are owned by or licensed to MamaPlayLearning. This includes text, graphics, layouts, logos, branding, characters, game concepts, worksheets, printables, workbooks, storybooks, activity instructions and downloadable files.
Copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws protect these materials. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to a website visitor, downloader or purchaser.
Third-party names, platforms and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
15. Copyright Concerns
MamaPlayLearning intends to respect the intellectual-property rights of others. If you believe content on the website infringes your rights, contact contact@mamaplaylearning.com with enough detail to identify the material and explain your concern.
False or misleading infringement reports may have legal consequences.
16. Educational, Developmental and Safety Disclaimer
Website content is provided for general educational, informational and entertainment purposes. Results are not guaranteed.
- Children learn and develop at different rates.
- Age and skill labels are general recommendations.
- Resources do not diagnose or treat learning, speech, behavioral, developmental or medical conditions.
- Adults must determine whether a resource or activity is appropriate and safe.
- Professional concerns should be discussed with a qualified educator, healthcare provider or specialist.
17. Website Availability and Changes
MamaPlayLearning may add, remove, revise, suspend or discontinue website content, products or features at any time. The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, hosting problems, technical errors or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
MamaPlayLearning does not guarantee that every page, game, link, download or feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

MamaPlayLearning disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability.

19. Limitation of Liability

This includes, without limitation, loss of data, lost profits, printing costs, device problems, interrupted access or harm resulting from use of an activity without appropriate adult judgment and supervision.
